JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Branch Administrator is responsible for the office staff and overseeing a wide range of complex, confidential, and administrative responsibilities for the Administrator/Branch Administrator and CFO, including the planning, coordination, and directing of activities associated with the overall operation of the office in general. The Assistant Branch Administrator provides leadership and on-site supervision for the office staff, including assistant office manager, administrative assistant and office assistant. He/she exercises discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance, and ensures the general operations are functioning to maximum ability. He/she performs work directly related to assisting with the business operations. He/she is responsible for community awareness/public relations and outreach as directed by CEO, Administrator, Alternate Administrator/Branch Administrator.
Position is in office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at 301 Texan Trail Suite 1 Corpus Christi, TX 78411
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A bachelor's degree required, BBA or Healthcare Administration preferred.
2. 3 years of management experience preferred.
3. Home Health experience highly preferred,
4. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
5. Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
6. A valid driver's license and a good driving record (as determined by the employer) is required for this position. 7. Must exhibit the following qualities: Highly Organized Ability to work with people to establish goals and objectives. Good judgement and discretion in problem solving. Ethical Practice & Leadership Able to prioritize, delegate and meet deadlines. Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and without direction.

1. Managing 2 or more full-time office employees, Including planning, organizing, and reviewing work, setting performance expectations. Participating in hiring, interviewing and scheduling to maintain office operations. Participate in management meetings regarding corrective action plans for field staff, and termination. Exercise independent judgment on matters of significance (i.e.,personnel issues, patient complaints, scheduling issues, payroll problems, on boarding and prioritizing office functions)
2. Maintain operating procedures and processes to ensure effective and efficient office opérations (HR, Scheduling, Payroll, and Finance).
3. Oversees employee time keeping systems and transmits information for payroll purposes.
4. Maintain confidentiality for all work-related information.
5. Strive to maintain the highest level of customer service from all staff members.
6. Recruitment of personnel that meet minimum criteria established by the Agency.
7. Maintain a system for the annual evaluation of employee's job performance.
8. Manage EVV, Yearly Education, Compliance and supply orders.
9. Formulate, interpret or implement and maintain all office/branch manuals, policies, contracts and other essential documents.
10. Regular daily worksite attendance is an essential function of this job to execute the work efficiently and effectively
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
7. Requires to be physically present in the office.
8. Requires the ability to sit at desk for long periods of time and intermittently walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and reach while performing office functions; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; lift and/or move light weights.
9. Must be able to maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception needed for making observations, communicating with others, reading and writing, and operating office equipment.
10. Must be able to use a telephone to communicate verbally and a keyboard to communicate through written means, to review information and enter/retrieve data, to see and read characters on a computer screen.
11. Requires average lifting up to 50 pounds. 1
